There's no escape
When everyone is watching you.
Emerson Watts was pretty sure there couldn't be anything worse than being a straight A student whose brain had been transplanted into the body of a teenage supermodel.
But it turned out she was wrong.
Because that supermodel could turn out to have a mother who's mysteriously gone missing, a brother who's shown up on her doorstep demanding answers, ex-boyfriends crawling out of the woodwork who want more than just a photo op, and a British heartthrob who's written a song about her that's topping the charts.
How can Em balance all that with school, lingerie runway shows, and weekend jaunts to St. John—especially when she's got final exams; a sister who is headed to the high school cheerleading championships; a former best friend, Christopher, who's intent on destroying Stark Enterprises to avenge the death of his lost love; and a company she represents that seems to be turning to the dark side...
But then, nobody said it was going to be easy, being Nikki.
Ahh.. Meg Cabot you pleasently suprise me again. Airhead is one of my fav series right now! Again Meg used fabulous characters and suprising plot twists and turns. In the second book of the series you really get to know the characters.
You hit another one out of the park Meg!

Airhead, Meg Cabot
"Emerson Watts Is gone."
"Emerson Watts did not want to even come to the SoHo Stark Megastore grand opening and had zero intrest in meeting the newly appointed face of Stark, teen supermodel sensation Nikki Howard. But how was Em to know that disaster would strike, changing her- and her life as she knows it- forever? One bizzare accident later, and Em Watts, always the tomboy, never the party princess, is no longer herself. Literally. Now getting her best friend, Christopher, to notice that she is actually a girl is the least of Ems problems. But what Ems pretty sure she will never be able to accept might just turn out to be one thing that is going to make her dreams come true .....
Nikki Howard is here to stay"
Meg Cabot is one of my favroite authors and this is probably my favroite book from her. She really went in depth into Emersons character, you really feel connected to her. Meg used the perfect combo of elements of a normal girls life plus a twist of fantasy. I recomend this book all Meg Cabot fans.

Kilmeny of the Orchard, L.M. Montgomery
One of my favroite books, even though it is old, I consider it a Classic. I very much enjoy the characters, plot and overall the story of the book.
" To the small town of Lindsey on Prince Edward Island comes Eric Marshell, A 24 year-old substitute school master. Dark and handsome, the son of a wealthy merchant, Eric has a bright future in the family business and has taken the two month teaching post as a favor to a friend. Then fate, which has been more than generous to Eric throws in his path a beautful, mysterious girl named Kilmeny Gordon. With Jet-black hair and the face of a renaissance Madonna, Kilmeny immediately captures the young mans heart. But she is Mute, cannot speak, And Eric is concerned for and bewitched by this shy, sensitive,blue-eyed girl. For the first time in his life, Eric must work hard for something he wants badly. And there is nothing he wants more for than Kilmeny to return his love."
I enjoyed this book and I would recemend it to anyone who enjoys L.M. Montgomery , or Romance novels.
